Discounts
Refer a friend who registers for a program and save $10 toward your next registration.

Register for a full 16 week semester for the Village program and save $15.

Register for 2 full semesters (one full year) for any program and save $25.

Sibling Discounts
Register a 2nd child in a program and receive 10% off the tuition price.

Register a 3rd child in a program and receive 15% off the tuition price.

Discounts are deducted from the lesser tuition fee.

Sibling materials are required to be purchased for all Kindermusik programs.

Refund Policy
The Music In Me reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment and will provide a complete refund to those who registered.

A minimum of 10 days notice is required if you are canceling from a program and a full refund will be returned. A cancellation fee of $25 will apply.

Withdraw before the 2nd week of a program and a pro-rated reimbursement will be refunded. This does not include the cost of the home materials and a $25 cancellation fee will apply.

There are no refunds should you choose to cancel after the 2nd class of a program.

Missed Classes
Make up classes will be offered only if a class has been cancelled due to inclement weather, instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations due to weather will occur according to the York Region School Board cancellation announcements.

Registration and Payment
To register, please print and fill out the registration form. Registration will occur on a first come, first serve basis. A tentative registration can be made by phone, fax or e-mail and a spot will be reserved for a maximum of 5 business days. Once the registration form and deposit is received, a space will then be reserved for your child. Confirmation of registration will be sent by mail, e-mail or fax.

For eight week Village classes a $75.00 deposit is required. For all 15 or 16 week programs, a $125.00 deposit is required. The balance is due on the first day of class. Payments may be made by either cash or cheque, made payable to The Music In Me. There will be a $20 fee for NSF cheques.

Class Participation
Kindermusik philosophy states that the best teacher for your child is you. Your participation, enthusiasm and smiles will be the best motivation and encouragement for your child to learn.

We remind you that the classes are designed for 1 parent and 1 child. If you have siblings registered in one program, please do your best to arrange for another adult/caregiver to attend the class with you. This is particularly necessary for the Village classes.

Please make other arrangements for a 2nd child who is not registered in the class. However, we know that emergencies do happen, so please call and let us know how we can help.

No shoes are permitted in the studio and socks and/or slippers are recommended. Babies will learn best with bare feet.

Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the studio.
